Download information
Please allow time for PayPal to notify us via email with your order. This can take up to 6 hours. As soon as we receive notification, your order will be processed and your link/links will be emailed to you as soon as the manual is ready for download.
If ordering by fax or mail your order will be emailed as soon as it is processed.

If your manual is not on our lists we will have the manual produced as soon as possible or a refund will be offered if one can not be produced.
The email links are sent from an on line storage system so please check your junk mail folder if you do not see your links.

The confirmation email we send at the same time also has the download link which you can copy and paste into your internet browser.
Orders received that are pending echecks from PayPal will be sent as soon as we are notified by PayPal that the echeck has cleared. Clearing takes about 4 business days.

Some files are large and my take a few minutes to download.
